The Serpent's Gate — Gothic Snake Wall Plaque, Dark Fantasy Wall Decor

The Serpent's Gate — a cobra's hood spreads across a dark oval panel, coiled tight inside a dense scrolled border.

A cobra's head and raised hood rest against a solid oval backplate, the ribbed underside of the hood picked out in fine relief and a single coiled eye watching from the centre of the piece. The border is dense scrollwork and acanthus leaf, matching the frame language used on The Coiled Wyrm.

As with the dragon plaque, the snake sits forward of a solid panel rather than around a gap for a photo or print. The hood and coiled body fill most of the oval, leaving the scrolled border to frame rather than compete with the sculpt.

Finished in matte black as standard.

Mounting

Designed to hang on a wall. No mounting hardware is included — fix using a picture hook, screw or adhesive strip suited to the piece's weight and your wall type.

Made and posted in Ireland

Printed, finished and packed by the two of us in Dublin, and posted from Ireland — so EU orders arrive without customs charges or import delays. Matte black goes out in 1–3 working days; hand-painted finishes take 3–5, because the paint needs time to dry properly between coats.

Product safety

• Decorative wall piece for indoor use only.

• Not a toy. Keep away from young children.

• Keep away from excessive heat, open flames and prolonged direct sunlight — PLA can soften at high temperatures.

• Fix securely to a solid wall with an appropriate fixing for the piece's weight.

• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents, especially on a hand-painted finish.

• Handle projecting relief detail with care.

• Materials: PLA. Hand-painted finishes also use acrylic paint and matt varnish.

• Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines and small variations in finish are normal and form part of the piece's character.
