The Lantern Family — Three familiar faces have taken their place on the Archive wall.

A decorative Gothic oval wall plaque featuring three raised burnt-orange pumpkins against a solid black centre panel. One large carved jack-o’-lantern sits at the centre, flanked by two smaller pumpkins, while a beaded inner border and restrained floral ornament give the piece the presence of a rather unusual family portrait.

3D printed in PLA in our Dublin workshop, the sculpted surfaces pick out every rib, curved stalk, carved expression, bead and raised border detail. Fine layer lines may remain visible as part of the 3D-printing process.

Designed for gallery walls, reading corners, Halloween displays and alternative interiors where the family portraits could use a little more character.

Finish options

• Matte Black — a deep matte-black surround and centre panel with three contrasting burnt-orange pumpkins. The restrained finish holds shadow while allowing the carved faces, ribbing and raised ornament to remain clearly visible.

• Antique Silver — the black surround is hand-painted and dry-brushed with silver so the raised floral ornament, beading and moulded edges catch the colour while the recessed details remain dark. The centre panel stays black and the pumpkins remain burnt orange.

• Antique Bronze — the black surround is hand-painted and dry-brushed with warm bronze, bringing out the floral ornament and beaded border while retaining dark recesses. The centre panel stays black and the pumpkins remain burnt orange.

• Other (message me) — the surround can be hand-finished in another colour of your choosing. Message us before ordering and tell us what you have in mind; we will say honestly whether we can do it justice.

Each hand-painted plaque is finished individually, so the placement and intensity of the dry-brushing will vary slightly from piece to piece.

Printed, finished and packed by the two of us in Dublin, and posted from Ireland. EU orders are sent from within the European Union and do not incur import customs charges between EU member states.

Pieces in Matte Black are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Hand-painted finishes take 3–5 working days because the paint and protective finish need time to dry properly between coats.

Product safety

• Decorative wall plaque for indoor use only.

• Ensure the plaque is securely mounted before display.

• Not a toy. Keep away from young children.

• Keep away from excessive heat, open flames and prolonged direct sunlight, as PLA can soften at high temperatures.

• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents, particularly on hand-painted finishes.

• Handle the raised pumpkins and ornamental border with care.

• Materials: PLA. Hand-painted finishes also use acrylic paint and matt varnish.

• Due to the nature of 3D printing and hand finishing, minor layer lines and small variations are normal and form part of each plaque’s character.
