The Bone Chapel — Something rather sombre has taken up residence on the Archive wall.
An ornate wall-mounted display shelf built around a striking central skull, surrounded by elaborate scrolling foliage, skeletal details and richly carved gothic ornament.
The deep, architectural relief gives the piece a dramatic profile from both the front and side, while the decorated upper shelf continues the baroque detailing across the full design. It is intended as a statement piece for darker interiors, curiosity displays and gothic-inspired spaces.
The finish shown combines a bronze-effect dry brush across the surrounding ornament with a contrasting silver-effect skull, picking out the raised detail while leaving the deeper recesses dark.

Made and posted in Ireland
Printed, finished and packed by the two of us in Dublin, and posted from Ireland — so EU orders arrive without customs charges or import delays. Pieces in matte black go out in 1-3 working days; hand-painted ones take 3-5, because the paint needs time to dry properly between coats.
Product safety
- Decorative item for indoor use only.
- Designed for light display items only. Please don't overload it.
- Not intended as a structural shelf or for heavy objects.
- Mount securely using fixings suited to your wall type. Adult installation recommended.
- Not a toy. Keep away from young children.
- Keep away from excessive heat, open flames and prolonged direct sunlight — PLA can soften at high temperatures.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents, especially on a hand-painted finish.
- Handle fine projecting details with care.
- Materials: PLA. Hand-painted finishes also use acrylic paint and matt varnish.
- Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines and small variations in finish are normal and form part of the piece's character.
